Founded in 2016, Our World Energy (OWE) began as a bridge between solar professionals and homeowners seeking affordable energy independence. Today, OWE stand at the forefront of the industry by designing and installing state-of-the-art, locally manufactured solar that empower homeowners with true ownership of their energy future.
Most fast-growing companies slow down as they scale. They add specialized tools that create silos, more meetings to coordinate across those silos, and extra processes to manage the complexity they've created. OWE did the opposite.
For a solar company scaling into one of the fastest in America, every internal meeting about “process” means less time on installing panels or helping customers. Every tool that requires context-switching adds cognitive overhead the team can’t afford.

OWE handles everything for the solar installation — from the very first site survey to power on, so customers can simply watch their home go solar stress-free.
From the moment a homeowner expresses interest, OWE takes over with its unique 3×3 solar installation process. Refined and improved over years, it breaks the journey into three phases: preparation, construction, and final inspections. Each phase has three steps, creating nine clear milestones in total. Behind the scenes, countless details keep OWE’s customer-first mission running, covering schedules, approvals, reminders, reports, and team collaboration.
By 2024, OWE’s Podio setup had scaled to over a million data records, tens of thousands of calculation field executions, and a massive number of automation runs powering installations, customer service, sales, and HR.
