Types of Abuse

Violations include:

1. Security Violations

1.1 Gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other users’ accounts, or restricted systems.
1.2 Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features.
1.3 Attempt to bypass restrictions on access or use of the site or its content.
1.4 Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of the platform’s software.

2. Automated or Misleading Activity

2.1 Use automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or unauthorized scripts to access or interact with the site.
2.2 Use data mining, spiders, offline readers, or similar tools not authorized by the service.
2.3 Create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses.
2.4 Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Spam and Malware

3.1 Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
3.2 Upload or transmit viruses, malware, Trojan horses, spyware, or any malicious code.
3.3 Cause pop-ups or attempt to install software without user consent.
3.4 Engage in phishing activity or any attempt to collect personal information under deceptive pretenses.

4. Harassment and Harm

4.1 Harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse others, including platform employees or agents.
4.2 Use the platform to cause reputational damage to others or the platform itself.
4.3 Share or distribute content that promotes hatred, violence, or illegal activity.

5. Inappropriate Content and Exploitation

5.1 Post or distribute sexually explicit material.
5.2 Share or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploit minors in any way. This will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
5.3 Share nude content or links to pornography for commercial purposes.

6. Legal Violations

6.1 Violate any applicable laws or regulations through the use of the platform.
6.2 Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial activity.
6.3 Use the platform as part of any effort to compete with us without permission.

7. Content and Intellectual Property Abuse

7.1 Copy, adapt, or distribute platform software or interface elements without authorization.
7.2 Remove copyright notices or other proprietary identifiers from any content.
7.3 Use platform tools or content in ways that infringe on intellectual property rights.

8. Misuse of Features

8.1 Engage in unauthorized linking or framing of the platform.
8.2 Use purchasing or buying agents to place orders improperly.
8.3 Overload the platform or its connected systems with unreasonable traffic or demand.
